EZ-FUELSTATION (Single)

EZ-FUELSTATION automatic fuel management

The EZ-FUELSTATION provides fully automatic filling and draining of model fuel tanks. A single button starts the selected program, and the pump stops automatically when the process is complete.

Accurate measurement and automatic protection

• Integrated flow meter measures and displays the filled or drained volume, operating time and the most recent fuelling action.
• Optical flow detectors monitor the supply and return or overflow lines.
• Intelligent full-tank detection works with a return line or with a single filling hose by detecting a change in flow and pressure.
• Automatic shutdown protects against an empty supply container, a nearly full recovery container, a disconnected hose and excessive tank pressure.
• The remaining fuel volume in the supply container is shown on the display.

Compatible with normal and bladder tanks

The station supports common model tank systems, including bladder tanks. A return line can route overflow fuel back to the station for a clean, closed filling process. The system can automatically vent or decompress a bladder tank at the end of the cycle and can detect and remove air bubbles by reversing the pump when required. It is suitable for common model fuels and smoke oil.

Twenty programmable model memories

Each memory can store the model name, tank type, pump speed, end-of-cycle withdrawal volume, optional drain volume, bladder-tank decompression level, maximum safety volume and one- or two-hose operation.

Selectable operating modes

• Normal Tank: automatic filling for one or more conventional tanks, with optional return-line monitoring.
• Bladder Tank: automatic one-line filling, full-tank detection, bubble removal and decompression.
• Dosing Mode: fills or drains a defined programmable volume.
• Manual with AutoStop: runs the pump forward or in reverse and stops when the tank is full or empty.
• Manual without AutoStop: continuous forward or reverse operation until the Stop button is pressed.

Hardware and power

The station has a two-line backlit display, a seven-button membrane keypad, rotating Festo-L quick connectors and an MPX power input for 8–18 V. A 3S LiPo battery is recommended and can be secured below the station. The data connector supports free firmware updates.
